Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Dentist, primarily based in Pune with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The Associate Dentist will perform routine dental checkups, diagnose and treat dental conditions, and provide consultations and follow-ups for patients. Additional responsibilities include designing and executing customized treatment plans, offering guidance on oral hygiene, and assisting with advanced procedures such as Invisalign, braces fitting, and dental implant placements. A collaborative approach to patient care, alongside clear communication, will be essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in general dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, root canals, and basic restorations
- Experience in orthodontic treatments including Invisalign, braces fitting, and other alignment solutions
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills for developing effective treatment plans
- Excellent patient communication skills and a dedication to providing a positive patient experience
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS) or higher with valid Maharashtra Dental Council registration
- Proficiency with dental technology and software is a plus
- Experience in cosmetic dentistry or specialized treatments is highly desirable
